Our Vision for Personal Development
Personal development weaves through everything we do. We build thoughtful, active citizens who live by our FRIEND values (Friendship, Responsibility, Inspiration, Empathy, Nurture, Determination). Children learn key life skills, financial literacy, and digital safety. Through child leadership roles, our house system, community service, and our Year 6 residential trip, we empower children to leave Worthinghead as kind, capable, and hardworking young people.
